- Basic Humidifier — Nanosurf: A washing bottle with a frit that humidifies gas passively before it reaches the AFM sample space. Gas is fed from a cylinder or wall connection through a flow rate valve, and the humidity reached is set by flow rate alone rather than by active control.
- Cantislide Cantilever Holder with/without Alignment Chip — Nanosurf: A cantilever holder for the FlexAFM and CoreAFM, supplied with or without an alignment chip. The alignment chip version places the cantilever in a fixed position so the laser does not have to be realigned after an exchange, which saves time between samples.
- Conducting Atomic Force Microscopy (C-AFM) Sample Holder — Nanosurf: A sample holder with a current amplifier built into it, for conductive atomic force microscopy. It reads tip currents over a fixed range of plus or minus 25 nA and can be combined with the Environmental Option for measurement under controlled atmosphere.

- IMO Stage to Isostage300 Adapter — Nanosurf: An adapter that allows an inverted microscope option stage to be mounted on the Isostage 300 vibration isolation platform. One stage then serves both the microscope setup and the stand-alone setup, which avoids buying a second stage.
- Isostage 300 — Nanosurf: A compact vibration isolation platform sized to carry a Nanosurf scan head together with large accessories and sample holders. Spike-Guard detects scan lines affected by uncompensated vibration and rescans them, so a disturbance does not spoil the image.
- Isostage 400 — Nanosurf: An active vibration isolation platform for inverted optical microscopes and small custom stage systems. Its 400 by 500 mm top plate leaves room for a microscope body with an AFM head above, and it carries loads up to 120 kg.
- Manual XY IMO Stages — Nanosurf: A manual sample stage for AFM systems coupled to an inverted optical microscope. Sample translation runs parallel to the optical path so the optical view stays centred, and objectives can still be mounted in every revolver position.
- Manual XY Stage — Nanosurf: A manual sample translation stage for stand-alone FlexAFM and DriveAFM systems. It gives 20 by 20 mm of travel on a 300 mm square base plate, so a region of interest can be brought under the tip by hand between scans.
- Motorized XY IMO Stages — Nanosurf: A motorised sample stage for AFM systems coupled to an inverted optical microscope, driven by a stick-slip piezo motor. Translation runs parallel to the optical path so the optical view stays centred, and positions can be revisited from the software.
- Motorized XY Stage — Nanosurf: A motorised sample translation stage for stand-alone FlexAFM and DriveAFM systems, giving 20 by 20 mm of travel. Measurement positions can be set and revisited from the control software, which is the basis for automated measurement series.
- Non-Translating Stage — Nanosurf: A fixed sample platform for FlexAFM systems where sample translation is not required. It replaces the XY stage with a rigid 300 mm square plate, which suits routine measurements that always sit at the same position on the holder.
- Petri Dish Holder — Nanosurf: A holder that takes 35 and 50 mm Petri dishes with magnetic clamping, for AFM work on cells and tissue in liquid. Heating to 60 degrees C is available with the CH1 controller, and the DriveAFM version also allows perfusion and environmental control.

CH Instruments state that current down to a few picoamperes can be read with it, that its sensitivity matches the 1x10^-12 A/V of the 600B/C/D/E series internal range but at a lower bias current, and that placing the preamplifier close to the electrode lowers noise. Detection and switching are automatic: the booster enables itself at sensitivity scales of 1e-8 A/V and below, stands down for automatic sensitivity switching techniques such as Tafel plots and bulk electrolysis and for galvanostatic techniques, and works with AC impedance. On a bipotentiostat it affects the primary channel only.
