CHI221 is a cell top supplied with a platinum wire counter electrode already fitted. CH Instruments state explicitly that it is not a replacement part for the CHI220 Simple Cell Stand.

The IDA datasheet CH Instruments publish describes the cable kit as a substitute for the connecting part of an IDA electrode and names a connecting cable, an electrode fixer and a mini vice as its components.
