Choose the gas specification before the generator

An oxygen generator, a nitrogen generator and a downstream purifier solve different supply requirements. Start with the gas quality your process or instrument requires, including impurity limits and pressure at the point of use. VVON supplies laboratory and industrial gas-generation equipment; hospital medical-gas pipelines and oxygen installations are outside our scope.

• State the application, gas, purity and separate oxygen, moisture, oil or other impurity limits specified by the process or instrument manufacturer.
• Provide normal and peak consumption, delivery pressure, operating hours and any seasonal variation.
• Describe the available compressor and air treatment, power, ventilation, site temperature, altitude and installation space.
• Request a complete scope for the generator, receivers, treatment, monitoring, backup, installation, acceptance and servicing. Compare running costs using your own electricity and delivered-gas quotations.

• O200 Nordic — Oxymat: Modular PSA oxygen generator built around two standard size pressure vessels, aimed at sites needing a continuous oxygen supply in a small footprint. Typical duties are aquaculture aeration and wastewater treatment, with Modbus RTU communication and LED operating status.

• Half pallet Nordic oxygen generator — Oxymat: Half euro-pallet PSA oxygen generator for low-flow laboratory and industrial duties, including ozone generation and wastewater-treatment applications. Match the selected configuration to the process gas specification and available utilities.
• Twin-Tower oxygen generator — Oxymat: Skid-mounted, two-column PSA oxygen generator for on-site industrial supply. The configuration can include an oxygen receiver, booster or container installation where specified.
