Products
- ECAM NOVA Scintron — MiE GmbH: A dual head gamma camera for SPECT, whole body and planar imaging in busy departments. It uses FRED digital detectors with 59 photomultiplier tubes per head, real time body contouring and an integrated touchscreen for positioning. Detector heads work at 76, 90 and 180 degrees.
- SYNGULA SCINTRON — MiE GmbH: A compact large field of view gamma camera for planar work, built for static, dynamic and gated studies on sitting and lying patients. The detector carries 37 matched photomultiplier tubes and a 3/8 inch sodium iodide crystal, with a wide choice of collimators and DICOM connectivity.
- PICOLA SCINTRON — MiE GmbH: A compact small field of view gamma camera for thyroid, renal and other small organ studies where floor space is limited. The 10 inch detector carries 37 matched 2 inch photomultiplier tubes, and detector tilt and height are driven by a hand controller with an anatomical marker function.
- DIACAM SCINTRON — MiE GmbH: A gamma camera for all energy SPECT, whole body and planar imaging, supplied with the SCINTRON acquisition and processing system. The large rectangular detector carries 59 high efficiency photomultiplier tubes, and the patient handling system takes loads up to 159 kg.
- VERITON-CT 400 Series — Spectrum Dynamics Medical: A ring shaped gantry digital SPECT/CT scanner with 12 swivelling CZT detector columns that move to within millimetres of the body contour. It scans head to toes in hybrid mode and reconstructs with attenuation, scatter and partial volume correction on the TruView console.
- VERITON — Spectrum Dynamics Medical: The SPECT only member of the VERITON family, using the same 360 degree ring of 12 digital CZT detector columns and adaptive body contouring as the hybrid version. Reconstruction options include OSEM with resolution recovery, attenuation correction and scatter correction.
- D-SPECT CARDIO — Spectrum Dynamics Medical: A dedicated cardiac SPECT camera with an open gantry and CZT detector columns that swivel while the gantry stays still. Patients can be scanned upright, supine or at any angle between, and list mode data supports quantification such as coronary flow reserve.
- D-SPECT VISTA — Spectrum Dynamics Medical: An entry level member of the D-SPECT family, aimed at departments moving from an analogue sodium iodide cardiac scanner to solid state CZT myocardial perfusion imaging. It offers the same flexible scan positioning and can be upgraded later to D-SPECT CARDIO.
- Gamma Distortion — Leeds Test Objects: A rigid PMMA phantom for quality control of geometric distortion and spatial resolution on gamma cameras. A regular array of small holes is filled with activity so the physicist can check point to point distances against true distances and measure the point spread function across the field of view.
- Gamma Flood — Leeds Test Objects: A rigid PMMA fillable flood phantom for quality control of detector homogeneity on gamma cameras, and for generating the uniformity correction maps the camera applies. The filling and venting plugs sit on the flat face rather than the edge, so the phantom is filled lying down and the faces do not bulge.
- Gamma Resolution — Leeds Test Objects: A four quadrant lead bar phantom in a rigid PMMA housing, used for routine quality control of gamma camera spatial resolution. Each quadrant carries a different bar width and spacing, and engraved pigment filled centre lines allow the phantom to be positioned the same way every time.
- SPECT IQ — Leeds Test Objects: A fillable image quality phantom for acceptance and routine testing of SPECT systems. It allows a medical physicist to measure centre of rotation error, uniformity, spatial resolution, volume sensitivity and lesion detectability from a single set of acquisitions.
- VERTO — Leeds Test Objects: A dynamic line phantom for gamma camera quality control that replaces heavy fillable flood phantoms and bar masks. A microprocessor controlled line source sweeps back and forth across the detector, starting, stopping and dwelling to the selected program, chosen on the integrated touchscreen.
