Bangladeshi institutions are full of imported equipment that stopped working and stayed stopped: bought on tender, one part failed, no service contract, and the supplier had moved on. Vvon services equipment across every domain we work in, including systems we did not supply. If it is in our field, we can keep it running.

What it covers

• Scheduled preventive maintenance: Planned visits on a calendar you agree, rather than a call-out after the department has already stopped work.
• Calibration and performance checks: Instruments verified against reference standards, with the records an inspection or an accreditation body will ask for.
• Breakdown response: A named engineer and an agreed response time, with our own field team rather than a subcontractor learning your equipment for the first time.
• Spares and consumables: Common failure parts held locally, because the wait for a part is usually longer than the repair itself.
• Operator refreshers: Most faults we attend are use faults. Retraining staff costs less than the visit it prevents.
• Condition reporting: A written record of what was checked, what was replaced and what is approaching end of life, so budgets can be planned rather than reacted to.
