- HL-350 vertical steam autoclave — GEMMY Industrial: A vertical steam steriliser whose cycle runs automatically through conditioning and sterilising phases, with sterilising temperature adjustable from 121 to 132 degrees C and sterilising time from 0 to 60 minutes. The timer only starts once the preset temperature has been reached, and a buzzer announces completion and cuts the heating supply. The cylindrical chamber is SUS 316 stainless steel with a polished surface, thermally insulated with fibreglass and clad in stainless sheet, fitted with a steam trap to discharge condensate and a HEPA air filter to keep contaminated air out. The door is operated manually by a rotating handle with a foot pedal to lift it, sealed by a silicone rubber gasket, and safety cover includes a door interlock, a safety valve, over temperature cut-off, circuit breaker and fuse protection, and a manual emergency exhaust for power outages.

A semi-automatic control system uses a sterilising and drying switch to select which function runs, and both sterilising and drying times are adjustable from 0 to 60 minutes on the timer. The timer starts only after the preset temperature is reached, illuminated pilot lamps show status, and a buzzer announces completion and cuts the heating supply. An automatic air venting device discharges cool air from the chamber to obtain effective saturated steam, and the machine comes with a sterilisation basket, two tube indicators, a shelf and a hose.
