The MS30 high speed encoded stage (HSES) moves a sample under the Raman microscope with step sizes down to 50 nm, driven by proprietary direct drive DC motors with novel control algorithms that stay quiet and controlled even over large distances. Its travel range of 112 mm × 76 mm allows several samples to be studied in one session, and it returns to the same XY position to within ±0.35 µm, which matters when revisiting particles smaller than 1 µm such as microplastics, pharmaceutical ingredients, cement powders and electrode powders. Renishaw's patented EasyMove stage system suspends motorisation when the stage is pulled forward for loading and resumes it when released, with the encoders tracking position throughout. The stage is offered with the inVia confocal Raman microscope, the RA802 pharmaceutical analyser and the RA816 biological analyser, and options include a sampling accessory kit and an ANSI/SLAS microplate holder.

The MZ40 Z stage handles precise vertical movement of large and heavy samples, with a load capacity of up to 25 kg and encoded step sizes down to 100 nm. It can be used with a Virsa Raman analyser or with a free-space inVia confocal Raman microscope, and Renishaw can configure it alongside a motorised XY stage for accurate positioning in all three dimensions. Typical samples include semiconductor wafers, geological material such as rock cores, artworks and cultural heritage items, and samples held in heavy environmental chambers including cryostats.
Part 002417 is a glassy carbon electrode published with an outside diameter of 10 mm and an inside diameter of 5.0 mm. CH Instruments list it as a separate glassy carbon electrode alongside the 3 mm CHI104 working electrode.
An STM tip holder for the Nanosurf DriveAFM, listed under cantilever holder accessories. It measures Ø24 mm by 12.1 mm and weighs 3.1 g. The Tip Current Module is required alongside it.
