Instrument access, without the capital.
This facility is in development. Register your interest and tell us which measurements you need most; the instrument list is being decided now, and demand is what decides it.
No single Bangladeshi department can justify owning an electron microscope, a Raman spectrometer and a thermal analyser. So the work either does not happen or the samples travel abroad. Vvon supplies these instruments across the country, and is building a facility where researchers and industry can buy the measurement instead of the machine.
What it covers
- Sample submission: Send a sample with the question you need answered, and receive a report rather than raw output.
- Instrument time: Booked sessions on the instrument for researchers who want to run their own work.
- Industrial failure analysis: Why a component failed, why a coating lifted, why a batch differed, answered with imaging and analysis.
- Method development: Working out a repeatable measurement for a problem that does not have one yet.
Who it is for
- University research groups without in-house instruments
- Research institutes needing overflow capacity
- Manufacturers investigating failures and quality problems
- Pharmaceutical and materials developers
