- ECAM NOVA Scintron: A dual head gamma camera for SPECT, whole body and planar imaging in busy departments. It uses FRED digital detectors with 59 photomultiplier tubes per head, real time body contouring and an integrated touchscreen for positioning. Detector heads work at 76, 90 and 180 degrees.
- SYNGULA SCINTRON: A compact large field of view gamma camera for planar work, built for static, dynamic and gated studies on sitting and lying patients. The detector carries 37 matched photomultiplier tubes and a 3/8 inch sodium iodide crystal, with a wide choice of collimators and DICOM connectivity.
- PICOLA SCINTRON: A compact small field of view gamma camera for thyroid, renal and other small organ studies where floor space is limited. The 10 inch detector carries 37 matched 2 inch photomultiplier tubes, and detector tilt and height are driven by a hand controller with an anatomical marker function.
- DIACAM SCINTRON: A gamma camera for all energy SPECT, whole body and planar imaging, supplied with the SCINTRON acquisition and processing system. The large rectangular detector carries 59 high efficiency photomultiplier tubes, and the patient handling system takes loads up to 159 kg.
- ANCORIS: A dedicated positron emission tomography scanner for cardiac work, supplied with the SCINTRON acquisition and processing system. MiE state that it acquires myocardial perfusion imaging and myocardial flow reserve at the same time, and that it is commercially available now.
- ECAT SCINTRON UPGRADE: An upgrade that pairs an installed ECAT positron emission tomography scanner with current SCINTRON acquisition, processing, quantification and viewing hardware and software. It adds 3D acquisition with CASCADE scatter correction and list mode acquisition for coronary flow reserve.
- SCINTRON Upgrade: A hardware and software upgrade that replaces the ageing acquisition and processing computer on an installed ECAM, Symbia E or Symbia S gamma camera. It brings parallel acquisition and processing, iterative 3D reconstruction and a current operating system to the existing gantry.

- Bone - Whole Body Scan: A SCINTRON planar processing program for whole body bone scans. Up to four projections can be viewed, including a dual intensity display, with cutting and masking tools and a zoom function for up to three chosen cut outs. Deconvolution denoising is available as an option.
- Bone - Wholebody SPECT: A SCINTRON processing program that stitches SPECT acquisitions from several bed positions, normalises them and presents them as one study. Up to five bed positions can be used, each remains readable on its own, and DROSEM 3D OSEM reconstruction keeps acquisition times short.
- Lung - Quantification: A SCINTRON planar processing program that compares right and left lung perfusion or ventilation. From ventral and dorsal studies it places a chosen number of regions of interest symmetrically on each lung and calculates relative density. Free hand regions can also be selected.
- Lung - SPECT: A SCINTRON SPECT processing program for lung studies. It places ventilation and perfusion data sets side by side for direct comparison and calculates the ventilation to perfusion mismatch, so the two acquisitions can be read together rather than one after the other.
- Brain SPECT: A SCINTRON SPECT processing package for neurological studies. It covers DaTSCAN evaluation of presynaptic dopamine transporter binding, IBZM processing of postsynaptic D2 receptor status, and brain perfusion work with left and right hemisphere ratios from segmented regions of interest.
- Myocard SPECT: A SCINTRON cardiac SPECT package that builds the bullseye polar map of activity in the left ventricle from stress or rest studies. Gated and non gated data can be processed, ejection fraction, wall motion and wall thickening are calculated, and results compare against a normal database.
- Thyroid - Radioiodine Test: A SCINTRON planar program that calculates a recommended therapy activity from the uptake of an I-131 test capsule measured on a gamma camera. Three methods are implemented, based on effective half life, on a single late measurement, or on a 24 hour measurement with default half lives.
- Thyroid - Scintigraphy and Uptake Calculation: A SCINTRON planar program for thyroid scintigraphy and uptake. Syringe activity can be measured on the camera or a dose calibrator and organised by number, anatomical markers are set after acquisition, and individual therapy doses and suppression tests can be calculated.
- Kidney - TER, GFR and ERPF calculation: A SCINTRON renography package covering MAG3, DTPA and OIH studies. Start time is recognised automatically so one person can inject and acquire, the measurement protocol with syringe, serum sample and calibration data is supported, and age and gender dependent normal values are applied.
- Hepatobiliary Scintigraphy and Gastric Emptying: The HeparX program visualises and archives hepatocellular function and calculates the gallbladder ejection fraction from pre and post sincalide data using regions of interest over the gallbladder and adjacent liver. Dynamic gastric emptying studies and curve parameters are also processed.
- Kidney - DMSA Scintigraphy: A SCINTRON planar program that shows tracer distribution in the kidneys and calculates the left to right relation. It outlines the existence, position, size and shape of each kidney and determines differential renal function with background and depth correction.
- ECT Program: The core SPECT reconstruction program in SCINTRON. It handles gated and non gated studies, offers filtered backprojection alongside HOSP, OSEM and DROSEM iterative methods, corrects motion during reconstruction, and provides rotation, 3D zoom, sinogram and cine tools.
- 3D Acquisition with CASCADE Scatter Correction: The 3D PET acquisition mode in the SCINTRON PET software, used with CASCADE scatter correction. MiE state that it allows cardiac PET doses between 9 mCi for N-13 and 30 mCi for Rb-82 without sacrificing image quality, which lowers exposure for patient and technologist.
- Cardiac Matching Application: A SCINTRON PET processing tool that corrects registration between transmission and emission studies after acquisition. It removes the misalignment caused by patient movement, which would otherwise produce false reconstruction and reading of cardiac studies.
- CFR via List-Mode Acquisition: A list mode acquisition protocol that SCINTRON brings to the ECAT family of PET scanners. It lets the user create several data sets from a single acquisition, for example the data needed for coronary flow reserve, without having to repeat the study.
- Quantification Integration: An interface in the SCINTRON PET software for the common cardiac quantification packages, including Invia 4DM and Cedars Sinai QPET. Reconstructed studies pass straight into the reading software the department already uses, rather than being exported by hand.
- FUSION Software: Multi modality image fusion for SPECT, PET and CT studies from hybrid or standalone systems. The registration methods work automatically and handle rigid and non linear patient movement, and Hounsfield unit windowing with selectable colour scales controls the display.
- Cardiac First-Pass: A SCINTRON planar program for first pass studies of the heart, acquired while a bolus of high activity is still inside one ventricle. Working from high speed dynamic frames it avoids the background and overlap problems of multi gated studies, and computes ejection fraction, heart rate and cycle length.
- Deconvolution: A SCINTRON processing option that improves the signal to noise ratio of planar studies using standardised parameters, so contours are displayed more sharply. MiE make it available for the Bone, WholeBody and Multidisplay programs, and the result can be read against the raw data side by side.
- DYNAX - Renal Scintigraphy: A SCINTRON program for quantitative analysis of dynamic studies. For renal work it determines side ratios, calculates counts and region sizes, and shows renal function as curves. The same program handles salivary gland studies, giving uptake before irritation and the excretion fraction.
- Analysis of Suppression: A SCINTRON program that compares a thyroid uptake study acquired before suppression with one acquired after it. The same regions are applied to both studies, and the ratio between the two is calculated automatically as a percentage alongside the uptake and area figures for each acquisition.
- Veterinary Scintigraphy: Nuclear scintigraphy for small animal practice, built on the PICOLA SCINTRON and SYNGULA SCINTRON gamma cameras with a dedicated veterinary software package. Studies covered include thyroid scintigraphy, kidney clearance, bone scintigraphy and portosystemic shunt work.
- Equine Scanner H.R. 2.0: A gantry mounted gamma camera for scintigraphy on a standing horse. The detector support column is mounted about a centimetre above the floor so the head moves quickly along any axis, and ParalyzerPLUS rigid registration corrects for movement in real time during acquisition.
- ParalyzerPLUS Real-Time Motion Correction: Motion correction software for the MiE Equine Scanner H.R. MiE state that they developed the world's first real time motion correction to reduce motion artefacts when imaging a standing horse, with rigid registration software that allows shorter image acquisition times and improved diagnostic quality. Because ParalyzerPLUS removes the need to repeat acquisitions, the scanning process is significantly faster, no post processing is required for motion correction, patient throughput increases and staff radiation exposure per examination is minimised.
- Image Fusion (Fusion 2D) for Equine Scanner: MiE's image fusion for the Equine Scanner brings scintigraphy and x-ray images together to widen the diagnostic possibilities. The program evaluates the different structures, resolution, acquisition geometries and regions, then adjusts rotation, translation (shift) and scaling. The process operates multi modal and automatic, so the fused result carries the morphologic information of the x-ray together with the functional information of the scintigraphy in one image.
- NEMA IEC Body Phantom Set, Model PET/IEC-BODY/P: This set is made up of a body phantom, a lung insert and an insert carrying six spheres of various sizes. Its design follows the recommendations of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) as modified by the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA), and MiE recommend it for evaluating reconstructed image quality in whole body PET imaging. Listed applications include simulation of whole body imaging with PET and camera based coincidence techniques, determination of coincidence count rate characteristics in brain and cardiac imaging, evaluation of the relationship between true coincidence count rate and radioactivity, determination of address errors caused by address pile up, evaluation of the count loss correction scheme and research. MiE also supply customised phantoms on request.
- Four Quadrant Bar Phantom (Rectangular, Square and Circular): MiE publish the four quadrant bar phantom in three formats. The Rectangular Bar Phantom measures 22 1/4 in x 17 in with bar sizes of 2 mm, 2.5 mm, 3 mm and 3.5 mm. The Square Bar Phantom is 16 7/8 in square with bar sizes of 1/8 in, 5/32 in, 1/4 in and 3/16 in. The Circular Bar Phantom is 16 in round with bar sizes of 2 mm, 2.5 mm, 3 mm and 3.5 mm.
- Cobalt-57 Flood Sources (C-Thru): MiE describe these as the highest quality sources for performing quality control on gamma camera systems. Every C-Thru flood source uses proprietary cobalt chemistry in the manufacturing process and is delivered with a homogeneous field of view distribution showing a coefficient of less than 1 % variation. Recommended working life of a Co-57 flood source is 2 years, and disposal of sources is arranged on request.
- Jaszczak Phantom (Deluxe): A Jaszczak phantom for quality control, used to carry out system evaluation on all types of SPECT and PET systems covering uniformity, linearity and resolution, as well as acceptance testing and routine quality assurance and control. The Deluxe version has a cylinder wall thickness of 3.2 mm, a cylinder inside diameter of 21.6 cm and a cylinder inside height of 18.6 cm. Rods are supplied in six diameters at a height of 8.8 cm, and six solid spheres are set with their centres 12.7 cm above the base plate.
- Flood Sources and gamma check sources: Flood sources and gamma check sources published by MiE for most gamma camera systems. They are offered in different activities and sizes. MiE list them in the accessories range alongside the Cobalt-57 flood sources.
- Fillable flood phantom: A refillable flood phantom for quality assurance of gamma camera homogeneity. An integrated circulation pump mixes the filling completely, the design gives a bubble free field of view, and the composite construction stops the measuring surfaces deforming. It is filled with distilled water.
- Lead Castle: A lead castle from MiE, supplied including a lead glass window. Different sizes and shieldings are available on request, with 50 mm and 18 mm given as examples. MiE publish it within the accessories range for their own nuclear medicine systems.
- Mobile Radiation Shield with Lead Glass: A mobile radiation protection screen from MiE fitted with a lead glass viewing panel. Overall dimensions are 77 cm x 161 cm x 75 cm (30.3 in x 63.3 in x 29.5 in) width by height by depth, and the lead glass panel measures 68 cm x 68 cm (26.8 in x 26.8 in). Lead equivalent is 1,5 mm Pb. Other dimensions are available on request.
- Syringe Shields and Shielded Syringe Carrier: MiE publish two items on this accessories page. The Shielded Syringe Carrier has a carrying handle and is intended for transporting loaded disposable syringes. The Syringe Shields are tungsten with a shielding factor of 150, listed in 1 ml, 2 ml, 5 ml and 10 ml conical sizes.
- Radiation Waste Container: A shielded waste container from MiE holding approximately 18 litres behind 1,5 mm Pb, with higher shielding available on request. Inner dimensions are 22,5 cm x 39,0 cm x 22,5 cm (8.9 in x 15.4 in x 8.9 in) width by height by depth. Open height is 61,8 cm (24.3 in) and the container weighs 17,5 kg (38.6 lbs).
- Thyroid Positioner: A patient positioner from MiE for planar thyroid scintigrams on a gamma camera. It holds the patient's neck in place for the acquisition and is supplied with a syringe holder. MiE publish it as an accessory for their own nuclear medicine camera systems.
- Brain SPECT Positioner: A head positioner from MiE for brain SPECT examinations, used to keep the patient's head still through the acquisition. It is supplied with a support mat that MiE describe as minimal attenuation. MiE publish it as a component for their own gamma camera systems.
- Cardiac SPECT Positioner: A head and arm rest from MiE for myocardial SPECT studies. It supports the patient's head and raised arms through the acquisition, which MiE state prevents patient exhaustion during the examination. MiE publish it as a component for their own gamma camera systems.
- Dose Calibrators (CRC-55t R, CRC-55t PET, CRC-77t HR, CRC Smart Chamber HL, CRC Smart Chamber RPh): MiE publish this dose calibrator range on their accessories index and state that they are a service partner of CAPINTEC / MIRION. The CRC-55t and CRC-77t units carry an 8 inch LCD touch screen with an intuitive user interface, over 80 preset nuclides with more that can be added, eight individual hotkeys for the most frequently used nuclides, live display update during sample measurement and automated quality control. The CRC Smart Chamber models are operated through a web browser, communicate over Ethernet with the power supply over USB, and are available with or without a laptop. Every model has a lead shielded measurement chamber whose geometry is optimised for reliable reproducible results.
- Portable Contamination Monitor LB 124 SCINT Series (LB 124 SCINT, LB 124 SCINT-D): Built on scintillation technology, the LB 124 SCINT Series measures alpha and beta gamma radiation simultaneously and separately. MiE describe these compact and precise instruments as versatile and flexible for practical radiation protection, with an ergonomic design and low weight that keeps them easy to handle. Results are read from a large high resolution display with backlighting that stays legible even under unfavourable conditions. The LB 124 SCINT-D variant adds mobile determination of the equivalent dose rate H*(10) alongside contamination measurement.
- Laboratory Table with stainless steel tabletop: A laboratory bench from MiE finished with a stainless steel working surface so it can be decontaminated easily. The standard table measures 200 cm x 90 cm x 60 cm (78.7 in x 35.4 in x 23.6 in) width by height by depth. Capacity is 800 kg (1760 lbs), and other dimensions are available on request.
- Cardiac Trigger Monitor with patient cable and lead wires: An ECG trigger for synchronised application in nuclear and molecular imaging such as gated SPECT and MUGA studies. MiE describe the operation as intuitive with a reliable cardiac trigger, and the pulse width is user selectable at 1 ms, 50 ms, 100 ms or 150 ms. The front panel is a 6.5 in (16.5 cm) active matrix TFT colour touch screen at 640 x 480 resolution. A four lead patient cable with a 6 PIN AAMI standard connector and a set of four lead wires are published alongside the monitor.
- Support mat for miscellaneous imaging tables: A foam support mat from MiE for use on a range of imaging tables. It is biocompatible, water proof and easy to clean. The finish is silver grey with a tissue textured surface and the mat is 14 mm thick when flat.
