• Clinical scoping: We start from patient throughput and the studies the department needs to run, then match the system to it rather than the other way round.
• Site & compliance: Room layout, structural shielding and the radiation protection documentation an inspection expects, prepared before installation begins.
• Installation & acceptance: Installed, calibrated and acceptance tested by our engineers, with the QA phantoms and baseline records the department needs from day one.
• Uptime: AMC and CMC programmes with spares held locally. A gamma camera earns nothing while it waits for a part.
