Hospital equipment needs to fit the clinical task, room, staff and maintenance plan. We supply medical and nuclear medicine equipment and help departments compare suitable systems and define equipment interfaces, acceptance requirements and support. The hospital's clinical, medical-physics and radiation-protection teams retain responsibility for clinical protocols and the relevant approvals. Hospital medical-gas systems and oxygen installations are outside VVON's scope.

How it works
- Clinical scoping: Share the studies or procedures, expected workload and patient-access needs defined by the clinical team. Compare equipment capabilities, accessories, software and staff requirements against that brief.
- Site & responsibilities: Review manufacturer site requirements and identify who will address room layout, utilities, shielding design and regulatory submissions. Agree the supplier's documentation and installation scope with the hospital's responsible teams.
- Installation & acceptance: Define installation, manufacturer checks and independent acceptance responsibilities before ordering. Agree the required test equipment, baseline records, staff training and sign-off criteria for the selected system.
- Service planning: Ask about model-specific AMC/CMC coverage, response arrangements, parts availability and manufacturer access. Include software support and equipment lifecycle when comparing proposals.
