• RenAM 500 Flex — Renishaw: A laser powder bed fusion system aimed at research and development. An open loop gravity fed powder system allows quick powder changes and mid-build dosing adjustment, and parameters developed on it transfer directly to the other RenAM 500 series machines.
• RenAM 500D — Renishaw: A dual laser laser powder bed fusion system in the RenAM 500 series. It is aimed at users moving up from single laser machines, and when fitted with TEMPUS technology as the RenAM 500D Ultra the lasers fire while the recoater is moving.
• RenAM 500Q — Renishaw: A four laser powder bed fusion system for volume production of metal parts. All four lasers address the whole powder bed, and automatic powder recycling with vacuum atmosphere preparation keeps operator intervention and cost per part down.
• RenAM 500 Ultra — Renishaw: The RenAM 500 series fitted with TEMPUS technology, which synchronises the lasers with the powder recoater so the lasers fire while the recoater moves. It is available with single, dual or quad lasers and includes an advanced process monitoring software package.
