Carbolite Gero offer the Eurotherm Mini 8 as an advanced control and logging option for furnace systems. Up to 12 unique heat programmes can be stored, each with a maximum of 16 different segments, and a segment can be a temperature increase, a decrease, a dwell time or a ramp time. Pumps, mass flow controllers and valves can also be adjusted by the controller, and remote operation and programming is offered as an option.
Coherent supply three pre-mounted filter types for THz-Raman spectroscopy: SureBlock notch filters, NoiseBlock 90/10 beamsplitter filters and NoiseBlock ASE filters. They are described as compact and economical components that improve on thin film and gel filters, and all three are angle tunable, environmentally stable and do not degrade over time. The published wavelength set is 488, 514, 532, 633, 785, 830 and 1064 nm. Coherent note that the notch filters need a compatible wavelength stabilised, collimated, ASE-free laser for optimal performance.
