Products
- WiRE software — Renishaw: The Windows based Raman Environment software that runs Renishaw Raman instruments and processes the data they produce. It controls acquisition and provides tools for identifying unknown spectra, removing background interference and analysing megapixel sized Raman images.
- CARTO software — Renishaw: The software suite used with Renishaw calibration lasers and ballbars. Capture collects laser measurement data, Explore analyses it to international standards and Compensate produces error correction tables for supported machine controls.
- QuantAM build preparation software — Renishaw: Renishaw's build preparation software for its additive manufacturing systems. It takes a stage based workflow from parametric or triangulation CAD through orientation, support generation, build layout and slicing, with all print settings open and editable.
- InfiniAM software suite — Renishaw: The process monitoring software suite for Renishaw additive manufacturing systems. It collects and visualises data from the LaserVIEW, MeltVIEW and CameraVIEW sensors so a build can be reviewed layer by layer and compared against earlier builds.
- EasySieve pro / EasySieve pharma: Sieve Analysis Evaluation Software — Retsch: Software that records sieve weights straight from a connected balance and produces the particle size distribution without manual transcription. It controls the sieve shaker, stores standard operating procedures and generates the grading report. The pharma version adds the record keeping features regulated laboratories require.
- Qpix T2 and Qpix Control2: Hardness Testing Software — QATM: Software for QATM hardness testers, from Qpix T2 on the touchscreen models through Qpix Control2 for automated testing and the Control2 M and R variants that add microscopy and reporting functions. It handles test sequence definition, indent evaluation, series and traverse programmes and result documentation.
- Q AI: Automatic Indent Evaluation Software — QATM: Machine learning module that evaluates hardness indents automatically, including the difficult surfaces where conventional edge detection struggles. It runs inside the Qpix environment and is aimed at removing operator to operator variation in reading indent diagonals.
- ELEMENTS: Elemental Analyser Software — Eltra: Control and evaluation software for the ELEMENTRAC generation of Eltra analysers, handling method setup, calibration, result filtering and report generation. It is the operating layer of the instrument rather than an optional add-on.
- ELEMENTS Cloud: Remote Instrument Management — Eltra: Cloud service that lets an ELEMENTRAC analyser be monitored and managed remotely, so instrument status and results can be seen from outside the laboratory. It is aimed at organisations running several analysers across sites.
- DIMENSIONS: Measurement and Evaluation Software — Microtrac MRB: Control and evaluation software for Microtrac particle size and shape analysers, handling measurement setup, result calculation and reporting. It presents laser diffraction and image analysis data in one environment, which matters on the SYNC where both are acquired together.
- BELCONTROL: Operation Software for BELSORP Series — Microtrac MRB: Common operating software for the BELSORP adsorption analysers, running measurement sequences and calculating surface area, pore size distribution and related quantities from the isotherm. One interface covers the whole BELSORP range.
- Fluoracle: Photoluminescence Control and Analysis Software — Edinburgh Instruments: Control and analysis software for the FLS1000, FS5 and Mini-tau spectrometers. It covers steady state and time resolved acquisition, absolute quantum yield, anisotropy, excitation emission maps and reflection and absorption measurement, together with the data manipulation and export needed to produce publication figures.
- Ramacle: Raman Control and Analysis Software — Edinburgh Instruments: Control and analysis software for the RM5 and RMS1000 Raman microscopes, covering microscope and measurement setup, 2D and 3D mapping, FastMAP and SurfMAP acquisition and map analysis by peak position, intensity or ratio. A cosmic ray removal wizard and silicon auto-calibration are built in.
- L900: Transient Absorption Control and Analysis Software — Edinburgh Instruments: Control and analysis software for the LP980 transient absorption spectrometer, handling single and multiple kinetic measurements, time resolved absorption and emission spectra, and delta OD calculation. It also drives the stopped flow accessory and the oscilloscope settings used in kinetic mode.
- FAST: Advanced Fluorescence Lifetime Analysis Software — Edinburgh Instruments: Advanced analysis package for photoluminescence decay kinetics, going beyond the fitting built into Fluoracle. It is used where decays are complex enough that simple multi-exponential fitting in the acquisition software is not sufficient.
- FLASH: Advanced Transient Absorption Analysis Software — Edinburgh Instruments: Advanced curve fitting package for transient absorption data, complementary to the L900 acquisition software. It handles the complex kinetic decays produced by flash photolysis experiments where several intermediates overlap in time.
- Dissolution Tester Software Disso.NET 4 — Erweka: Disso.NET 4 is Erweka's 21 CFR Part 11 compliant companion to all their dissolution systems, from offline systems through online and on/offline systems up to the fully automated RoboDis II+. It handles standard dissolution jobs and qualification tasks, and gives control over every single function of the connected devices such as a dissolution tester with a UV-Vis spectrophotometer. Once tests finish the software creates extensive reports carrying corporate logos for PDF export, or exports results in XLS or XML. Its Audit Trail documents what, who, when and why for every change made to the system and can be searched and filtered in the Audit Trail Viewer, and an Active Directory connection allows cross system login data and passwords.
- Physical Tester Software MC.NET — Erweka: MC.NET is Erweka's software for external control of their hardness and combination testers, covering everything from the compact TBH 325 and TBH 425 through to the fully automated EasyCheck and MultiCheck 5, 5.1 and 6. Data from multiple devices can be held in a single networked MS SQL database and reached from several MC.NET installations on the same network, with advanced Audit Trail features maintaining data integrity. Users can qualify devices, create and use methods and analyse test results, all with full 21 CFR Part 11 conformity. An electronic signature removes the need for handwritten approval, taking creation, audit and approval of test results into the software, and user management works with the network database and supports Active Directory.
- Physical Tester Software Export Manager — Erweka: Export Manager gives simple and fast data export from Erweka instruments. The Windows software is installed on any PC within the laboratory network, where it receives test reports from devices such as the SVM II, TAR II, EasyCheck, MultiCheck 6, ZT 720/30 or TBH II and converts them automatically into PDF and XML files, doing away with manual scanning of printed reports. The destination folder can be a local drive or a specific network location, so the security measures and data compliance protocols that already apply to the network apply to those folders too. Each exported file is named with the device type, serial number and the date and time the data was received, and the software can receive data from several devices at once.
