A ten times voltage amplifier with a matching sample holder for piezoelectric force microscopy. It takes the fixed plus or minus 10 V output of the controller and delivers plus or minus 100 V to the sample, which is what stiff ferroelectric materials need to switch.
A sample holder that both heats and cools, covering minus 35 to 180 degrees C with the CH1 temperature controller and a separate pump unit. It stacks with the Environmental Option and the EC-Cell for work under controlled atmosphere or in electrolyte.
