- BRILLANT 230: Cut-off Machine: Wet abrasive cut-off machine with manual wheel feed for sectioning metallographic samples up to 110 mm diameter. The aluminium body has openings on both sides so long parts can be passed through the cutting chamber, and the chamber itself is large enough for a range of clamping arrangements.
- Qcut 250 M: Cut-off Machine: Manual wet abrasive cutting machine in which the hood folds inwards on opening, leaving the whole cutting chamber accessible. A round window gives a clear view of the cut in progress. It takes wheels up to 250 mm and samples up to 90 mm diameter for short lengths.
- Qcut 250 A: Cut-off Machine: Semi-automatic abrasive cut-off machine with an automatic X axis, so it can perform pulsed cuts and oscillation cutting on large pieces as well as manual traverse cuts by hand wheel. An optional automatic cross table allows serial cutting, and the axes are monitored by travel measurement during setup and operation.

Automatic travel and cross feed allow low contact cutting of heavy components without repositioning by hand, and the working chamber is sized for the parts that come with that capacity.
- Qcut 200 A: Precision Cut-off Machine: Precision cut-off machine with up to three automatic axes for sectioning small and delicate samples where kerf position matters to a few micrometres. Cross feed resolution is 0.001 mm, which suits electronic components, coatings and thin sections rather than bulk metallography.
- Qtool Series: Quick Clamping Tools: Quick clamping tools that hold the specimen securely on the cutting table without slow screw adjustment between samples. Correct clamping is what prevents the specimen shifting mid cut, which would damage the wheel and ruin the section, so it is a functional part of the cutting process rather than an accessory.
- Qpress 40: Hot Mounting Press: Fully hydraulic hot mounting press with water cooling, embedding metallographic specimens in thermosetting resin. Heating and cooling times, temperature and pressure are set on an industrial touchscreen, and mould cylinders are available in several round and rectangular sizes. Advanced software adds one button operation and controlled fine dust extraction.
- Qpress 50: Hot Mounting Press: Hot mounting press in the same fully hydraulic, water cooled family as the Qpress 40, sized for the larger mould diameters. It uses the same closure system, which is designed so the mould assembly opens and closes cleanly over long service.
- Qmount: UV Mounting Device: Ultraviolet curing mounting device that sets the embedding resin with UV light instead of heat and pressure. Because there is no thermal cycle, it suits specimens that would be altered by hot mounting, and cure times are short compared with conventional cold mounting resins.
- Qpol M1 / M2: Manual Grinding and Polishing Machine: Manual single wheel (M1) and twin wheel (M2) grinding and polishing machines for laboratories preparing specimens by hand. The Qeye 200 has the finer field of view for laser welds and electronic assemblies; the Qeye 800 covers the larger fields used for macro welds in steel fabrication. Both assess weld shape, penetration depth and defects to DIN EN ISO 5817.
