- Pre-tender support: Share the intended use, capacity, site constraints and budget range. Request technical references and budgetary options to help define measurable requirements for the procuring entity's review.
- Documentation: Identify the tender's eligibility and documentary requirements. Request current company registrations, applicable tax records, financial documents and relevant completion records, with validity and availability checked for that submission.
- Delivery & acceptance: Agree the equipment configuration, delivery milestones, installation scope and acceptance criteria in the contract. Include required manuals, licences, training and handover records.
- After handover: Define warranty responsibilities, service contacts, parts arrangements and any AMC/CMC options for the selected equipment and locations. Keep the maintenance and inspection records required by the institution.
