Cylinder pressure regulator that WissEl specifies for setting the very weak counting gas flow required by the RiKon-5 CEMS detector. It screws onto the top of the counting gas cylinder and connects to the RiKon-5 through a flexible tube, which should be impermeable to water vapour where the detector is run at low temperature. The valve is made by Air Liquide.

Turbomolecular pump system delivered fully assembled and ready to operate as a table top high vacuum unit.
