Floor standing automatic cut-off machine for large components up to 190 mm diameter, with a highly dynamic axis drive and automatic traverse and chop cut functions. Feed rate is adjustable across a wide range so contact pressure can be tuned to the material.
Semi-automatic abrasive cut-off machine with an automatic X axis, so it can perform pulsed cuts and oscillation cutting on large pieces as well as manual traverse cuts by hand wheel. An optional automatic cross table allows serial cutting, and the axes are monitored by travel measurement during setup and operation.
The largest cut-off machine in the QATM range, taking wheels up to 600 mm and workpieces up to 244 mm diameter. Automatic travel and cross feed allow low contact cutting of heavy components without repositioning by hand, and the working chamber is sized for the parts that come with that capacity.
