Universal hardness testers covering Brinell, Vickers, Rockwell, Knoop and plastics methods, in three force classes up to 3000 kg. The C shaped frame with fixed head and moving spindle gives a 395 mm test height, and an eight position tool changer is available in place of the standard two positions.
Production line Rockwell hardness tester with a test cycle under two seconds, controlled by a Siemens S7 with a 4 inch touch display. It is built to be integrated into a production line for in-process hardness checking, with results output over an RS232 interface.
Macro hardness testers with an extra large fixed test table and a motorised test head, so very large components can be tested without lifting them onto a spindle. Test height reaches 510 mm and the table measures 584 by 450 mm, which puts heavy fabricated parts within reach.
