Quick clamping tools that hold the specimen securely on the cutting table without slow screw adjustment between samples. Correct clamping is what prevents the specimen shifting mid cut, which would damage the wheel and ruin the section, so it is a functional part of the cutting process rather than an accessory.
The largest cut-off machine in the QATM range, taking wheels up to 600 mm and workpieces up to 244 mm diameter. Automatic travel and cross feed allow low contact cutting of heavy components without repositioning by hand, and the working chamber is sized for the parts that come with that capacity.
