Cross beater mill for coarse and fine size reduction of medium hard and brittle material such as coal, coke, minerals and slag. It runs from laboratory to pilot plant scale and the adjustable rotor speed with an exchangeable bottom sieve sets the final fineness down to below 100 µm.
Rotor mill that grinds soft, medium hard, brittle and fibrous material to below 40 µm by impact and shearing between a rotor and a fixed ring sieve. Speed is freely selectable up to 23,000 rpm and the ring sieve sets the final fineness, so one mill covers a wide fineness range. Temperature monitoring protects heat sensitive samples.
Hammer mill for crushing and pulverising large sample volumes of medium hard, hard, brittle, tough and fibrous material at up to 1500 kg per hour. Feed material is reduced by impact from swinging hammers and passes a bottom sieve at below 0.8 mm. Its size and throughput place it between laboratory and pilot plant duty.
