Hammer mill for crushing and pulverising large sample volumes of medium hard, hard, brittle, tough and fibrous material at up to 1500 kg per hour. Feed material is reduced by impact from swinging hammers and passes a bottom sieve at below 0.8 mm. Its size and throughput place it between laboratory and pilot plant duty.
Rotor beater mill for coarse and fine size reduction of soft to medium hard material, working by impact against a fixed beater arrangement. Speed is adjustable in 500 rpm steps so grinding can be tuned to the sample, and a ring sieve defines the final fineness down to below 50 µm.
Benchtop cutting mill for small quantities of soft, medium hard, tough, elastic and fibrous material such as plastics, textiles and plant matter. The grinding chamber design allows a high proportion of the sample to be recovered, which matters when only a small amount of material is available.
