Basic model cutting mill for routine size reduction of soft, medium hard, elastic and fibrous material. A fixed 1,500 rpm rotor cuts the sample against stationary knives until it passes the bottom sieve, which sets the final fineness between 0.25 mm and 20 mm.
Hammer mill for crushing and pulverising large sample volumes of medium hard, hard, brittle, tough and fibrous material at up to 1500 kg per hour. Feed material is reduced by impact from swinging hammers and passes a bottom sieve at below 0.8 mm. Its size and throughput place it between laboratory and pilot plant duty.
Standard cutting mill for preliminary size reduction of a wide range of soft, medium hard, tough, elastic and fibrous materials. It has a stronger drive than the SM 100 and a chamber arranged for straightforward cleaning between samples, which is the usual bottleneck when running mixed material types.
