A bench top steam steriliser with a 230 mm diameter by 390 mm deep chamber in 304 stainless steel, approximately 16 litres, in an overall cabinet of 501 x 406 x 537 mm. Design temperature is 140 degrees C and the published working range for unwrapped, wrapped and liquid loads is 115 to 134 degrees C at 0.9 to 2.1 kg/cm2. GEMMY states the autoclave is manufactured in conformity with directive 93/42/EEC. Safety fittings are a safety valve, an emergency exhaust valve, a release valve, a door safety holder and a pressure control switch.
The largest trolley aspirator in the range at 640 x 395 x 825 mm, carrying two 3000 ml collection jars in glass or plastic with overflow prevention, and a storage cabinet on the back for accessories and tools. It takes either an oil rotary pump at 191 W giving 80 litres per minute and 700 mmHg, or a two cylinder oil-less pump at 270 W giving 70 litres per minute and 680 mmHg. Vacuum is regulated from zero to maximum and read on a built-in gauge covering 0 to 760 mmHg, with a left to right knob switching which bottle draws. Safety cover includes a 2.5 kg/cm2 pressure safety valve, independent over temperature protection, two 30 A no fuse breakers, an over pressure switch, a door lock micro-switch, water level sensors in both the tank and the chamber, and a silicone bellows pressure door lock.
