The SKD-B is a four motor LINAK driven ward bed with backrest, knee rest, height, Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg movement plus a manual CPR release. Its PP Grace side rails include an integrated angle indicator, and the PP Grace bed ends carry a safe lock. Saikang publishes the same dimensional table for the SKD-A and the SKD-B.
Three powered functions are provided on the K6k: backrest adjustment, knee rest adjustment and height adjustment. Panasonic robotic welding gives the frame a 360 degree smooth weld throughout. The side rails combine an aluminium alloy horizontal bar with six vertical stainless steel poles and a plastic handle.
An integrated PP bed platform in four to five sections gives the V6k independent section installation and straightforward maintenance. The seat area enlarges as the back section is raised, which adds comfort and reduces sponge depression at the seat panel. It runs on 5 inch covered castors with TPR tyres.
