The CRX-EM-HF is a cryogen-free probe station with a horizontal electromagnet that applies up to +/-0.6 T in the plane of the sample. A 2-stage closed cycle refrigerator cools the stage to a base temperature of 8 K, with control from 10 K to 420 K. It is used for in-plane field measurements on devices.
