The CRX-6.5K is a general purpose cryogen-free probe station cooled by a 2-stage closed cycle refrigerator with 3 W of cooling power at 10 K. It removes the need for liquid cryogens and controls the sample stage from 8.5 K to 350 K. It is used for routine electrical characterisation of devices.
