Rotor mill that grinds soft, medium hard, brittle and fibrous material to below 40 µm by impact and shearing between a rotor and a fixed ring sieve. Speed is freely selectable up to 23,000 rpm and the ring sieve sets the final fineness, so one mill covers a wide fineness range. Temperature monitoring protects heat sensitive samples.
Jaw crusher with a steep crushing chamber and powerful drive, giving crushing kinematics that take 90 per cent of the product below 0.5 mm in a single pass. Throughput reaches 500 kg per hour, which suits mineral processing and cement laboratories handling continuous sample streams.
