Build a complete laboratory equipment list: compare model variants, accessories, utilities, consumables and quotation scope before ordering BIOBASE or Infitek instruments.
A useful laboratory quotation starts with the work the equipment must perform. A list that says only ‘centrifuge, freezer and incubator’ leaves the rotor, storage capacity, operating conditions and installation scope unresolved. VVON's BIOBASE catalogue and Infitek catalogue let you search by model and equipment category, then bring the selected items into one enquiry.
Record the sample types, preparation steps, tests, daily workload and storage needs. Separate equipment needed for each workstation from shared instruments. Include the peak workload and cleaning or changeover time; the number of samples arriving on an average day may not describe the busiest period. For a teaching laboratory, add the number of students working together and the practical exercises to complete.

Manufacturer family pages may contain several models. Read the column for the model you intend to buy: capacities, dimensions and electrical requirements can differ within one family. Do not combine one model's capacity with another model's speed or temperature range. The linked VVON product pages preserve the published specification tables so variants can be checked together.
For laboratory centrifuges, identify the rotor and tube adapters as separate quotation lines. For refrigerators and freezers, specify usable storage, racks and monitoring. For PCR and nucleic-acid equipment, record the reaction format, throughput, consumables and software needed by the proposed workflow.
Provide a room drawing where installation matters. Check delivery access, bench dimensions, equipment weight and working clearances against the selected model. Identify power, water, drains, ventilation, gases, cooling and environmental conditions in the manufacturer's installation information. Assign responsibility for any enabling work, rather than assuming it is included in equipment delivery.
Cabinets need particular attention to the intended process. Compare biosafety cabinets, laminar-flow equipment and fume hoods against the laboratory's assessed requirements. Similar appearance or working width does not establish that two cabinet types provide the same protection.
There is no single meaningful price for a broad instrument family. Ask suppliers to quote the same configuration and clearly identify omissions. A lower base-instrument price may exclude accessories required by your method. Current availability and delivery also need confirmation; inclusion in an online catalogue does not establish local stock.
