A salt-spray chamber purchase should start with the customer's test specification and the specimens your laboratory must handle. A factory testing coated parts, an independent laboratory and a university may need different loading and reporting arrangements. Specify the method, specimen size, batch quantity and required records before comparing chamber prices in Bangladesh.
Name the required test standard and edition, the customer's exposure conditions, assessment method and acceptance criteria. Have the responsible quality team supply the approved procedure. A chamber advertised for salt spray does not establish compatibility with every corrosion test, cyclic programme or customer specification.

The manufacturer describes NSS, AASS and CASS conditions in its table. Ask which proposed configuration supports your specified method and what supporting apparatus is included. A family-level reference to a method does not replace a model-specific review or the laboratory's operating procedure.
Send a sketch or photograph showing the largest part and its intended orientation. Describe how many specimens run together and how they are supported. Nominal litres alone are an incomplete comparison: usable dimensions, rack arrangement and loading restrictions matter. Include future workload only where it is supported by an actual testing plan.
Request the manufacturer's installation schedule before the purchase order. Assign responsibility for air preparation, water, drain and ventilation connections, electrical work and safe chemical handling. Check the delivery route as well as the final room. Keep these works separate in the quotation so an equipment-only price is not mistaken for a ready-to-operate laboratory.
No direct conversion should be assumed. ASTM B117 cautions that salt-spray results alone do not reliably predict performance in natural environments. Use the test for the purpose and interpretation defined by the applicable product specification and quality programme.
Compare the chamber's usable size, supported programme, controls, accessories and documentation. Itemise delivery, site connections, commissioning, training and service. Request the same specimen and test brief from each bidder rather than comparing nominal chamber volume alone.
