Built to the EN60601 safety standard, the Y8y8c runs at under 50dB with a movement lifetime of 20,000 cycles, and a one button emergency stop halts every movement at once. PP Oasis extra height side rails carry the nurse control panel and include a plastic socket for a phone or glasses. The removable, washable PP bed platform, 113mm wall bumper wheels and a three grade central locking pedal complete the ward specification.
The All In configuration of the V8v adds a weighing system, a bed extension and a trapeze socket to the standard specification. It runs on LINAK motors and 6 inch double side Secure castors with central locking, with height travel from 420mm to 870mm. Electric and manual CPR, cardiac chair position, automatic braking at 30 degrees and a night light are all included.
The Y8y8t adds an X-ray transparent phenolic resin back platform and both electric and manual CPR to the Y8y series, and its control system locks automatically after 3 minutes. Fifth and sixth side rails, a weighing system and a 200mm bed extension are part of the standard build. It follows EN60601 and carries a one button emergency stop that halts all movement.
