The TTPX is an entry-level cryogenic probe station for non-destructive electrical measurements on devices and materials. A 2-stage flow cryostat cooled by liquid helium or liquid nitrogen takes the sample stage to a base temperature of 4.3 K, with control up to 475 K. It accepts up to six probe arms.
