The CPX-VF is a cryogenic probe station with a vertical field superconducting magnet that applies up to +/-2.5 T perpendicular to the sample plane. The liquid helium cooled cryostat reaches a base temperature of 4.3 K, or 1.9 K with the PS-LT option. It is used for electrical measurements in an applied field.
