The DIL L75 Nuclear is the version of the DIL L75 dilatometer built for nuclear and radioactive samples. It measures the change in length of a sample with temperature, giving expansion, shrinkage and sintering data. LVDT or optical encoder measuring systems and up to 3 furnaces are available.
The L40 EGA In-Situ coupling analyses the gases evolved from a sample in situ, using FTIR, Raman spectroscopy or ELIF. It measures basic and trace gas components down to the ppm range. It allows materials with high condensation temperatures, such as alkali metals and their compounds, to be measured.
The LFA L52 Nuclear is the laser flash instrument built for nuclear and radioactive samples. A laser pulse heats the sample and the resulting temperature rise is followed without contact by an infrared detector. It measures thermal diffusivity and thermal conductivity on nuclear materials.
