Brand: Linseis | Category: Nanotechnology
The L40 EGA In-Situ coupling analyses the gases evolved from a sample in situ, using FTIR, Raman spectroscopy or ELIF. It measures basic and trace gas components down to the ppm range. It allows materials with high condensation temperatures, such as alkali metals and their compounds, to be measured.
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| FTIR | measurement of basic and trace gas components down to the ppm range (for example H2O, CO2, CO, H2S), polar molecular bonds within the sample are necessary |
| Raman spectroscopy | measurement of basic gas components, non polar molecules such as H2 or N2 are also measurable |
| ELIF (Excimer Laser induced Fragmentation Fluorescence) | UV laser based measurement of gaseous alkaline compounds (for example NaCl, NaOH, KCl, KOH), entry at 193 nm through UV_Saphire is possible |
