Metal for this connecting trolley is Baosteel from Fortune Global 500, welded by Panasonic robotics to give a smooth seam through a full 360°. The plastic parts are environmental grade, sterilisable at 100°C with tensile strength up to 30MPa. Paint goes on in an 11 process epoxy system, ASTM tested as antibacterial, 0.12 mm thick, 60° in brightness and able to resist a 50 kg impact. A metal dust cover shields the crank system, making it more endurable.

Square tube of 30 and 50mm is used in the frame, making it stronger and more stable. Bed platform and guardrail are both moulded in high quality PP material. The back section lifts up to 70 degrees, so the patient can be made comfortable when needed.
An aluminium alloy side rail of the 6-staff collapsible type, fitted with a safe lock, is what marks this version out. The trolley surface is powder coated steel with a smooth face and no welding scar. Back lift reaches 0-65 degrees.
A scale printed on the guardrail shows the backrest degree at a glance. Bumpers are fitted at all four corners to absorb knocks in corridors and lifts. The handle folds away when it is not in use.
