Metal for this connecting trolley is Baosteel from Fortune Global 500, welded by Panasonic robotics to give a smooth seam through a full 360°. The plastic parts are environmental grade, sterilisable at 100°C with tensile strength up to 30MPa. Paint goes on in an 11 process epoxy system, ASTM tested as antibacterial, 0.12 mm thick, 60° in brightness and able to resist a 50 kg impact. A metal dust cover shields the crank system, making it more endurable.
