What separates this version from the rest of the SKB037 family is a stretcher surface in phenolic compact board, much thinner than usual and therefore easier to X-ray through. The whole frame is high quality stainless steel with a mirror surface polish. The leg part can be adjusted flat while the trolley is being lifted.
Metal for this connecting trolley is Baosteel from Fortune Global 500, welded by Panasonic robotics to give a smooth seam through a full 360°. The plastic parts are environmental grade, sterilisable at 100°C with tensile strength up to 30MPa. Paint goes on in an 11 process epoxy system, ASTM tested as antibacterial, 0.12 mm thick, 60° in brightness and able to resist a 50 kg impact. A metal dust cover shields the crank system, making it more endurable.
