A new type of LED cold light source pushes illuminance to 160,000 Lux with 9-level adjustment, while colour temperature covers 4000K-5000K with 4-level adjustment. A colour rendering index of 95 reflects the true colour of human tissues, which suits a range of surgical scenes and greatly reduces visual fatigue for staff during long operations. Temperature rise in the surgical field is held to 0.5 °C or less, avoiding tissue drying and rapid blood clots at the wound. The twin heads measure 700/530 ± 10mm and carry 81 + 51 OSRAM LEDs rated at 3W but used at 1W, with a lifespan of 50,000 hours and installation heights of 2800-3200mm.
