Two linear motors drive back-rest adjustment through 0-75°(±5°) and knee-rest adjustment through 0-45°(±5°), worked from an ergonomic handheld controller designed for patients and nurses alike. A unique aseptic design meets hospital infection control requirements, and the environmental plastic can be sterilised at 100°C with tensile strength up to 30MPa.
