NORMOS-A is the Normos package containing both the SITE and DIST fit programmes, purchased together with a WissEl Mossbauer system. Its fitting capability is that of the standalone NORMOS licence; only the terms of supply differ.
DIST-A is the version of the DIST Mossbauer fit programme purchased together with a WissEl Mossbauer system. The fitting capability matches the standalone DIST licence; only the terms of supply differ.
SITE is the Normos fit programme for spectra treated as a discrete set of subspectra, each carrying its own values of the hyperfine constants. It is sold as a separate licence alongside DIST. WissEl's software pages record that the newer WinNormos-for-Igor release combines the original DOS Normos Site and Dist routines into one programme.
