Normos is WissEl's Mossbauer fit programme package, combining the SITE and DIST routines in a single licence. SITE covers spectra made up of a discrete set of subspectra, while DIST handles problems calling for a distribution of hyperfine parameters. WissEl's software pages describe the later WinNormos-for-Igor release as bringing these original DOS routines together in one programme.
