Built around a pin-lock fixing, the C-Series all-in-one baseplate supports the head, head and shoulders, thorax, pelvis and full body, and Meicen configures it for both adult and paediatric treatments. It is light in weight and carries an adjustable shoulder retractor for shoulder suppression, with several fixing locations so immobilisation can be tuned patient by patient. Meicen describes the wider C-Series AIO solution as a modular system for lesions of the brain, head and neck, thorax, breast and lung, and pelvis, adding that the baseplate works with its thermoplastic masks to give submillimetre immobilisation accuracy for stereotactic treatments.
