A phantom for end to end testing of patient treatment verification, built from two slabs of Plastic Water and measuring 29 x 32 x 5 cm. It takes Gafchromic EBT3P film, which is pre punched to match the phantom's registration pins so the film can only be loaded in one orientation, and it indexes to CT and treatment couches with a standard two pin indexing bar.
