The FluoTime 300 is a modular photoluminescence spectrometer that combines steady-state and time-resolved measurements in one instrument. It records emission and excitation spectra as well as fluorescence and phosphorescence decays. It is used for materials characterisation, semiconductor and LED research.

The FluoTime 250 is a compact, modular lifetime spectrometer for fluorescence and photoluminescence decay measurements. It is built for time-resolved work on demanding samples where sensitivity matters, and its modules can be configured to suit the experiment. Typical uses include semiconductor and solar cell studies.
A magnetron sputtering system for high volume production that handles substrates up to 300 mm. It takes either a single cathode for tight uniformity or up to four confocal cathodes with triaxis adjustment for co-sputtering without breaking vacuum.
The Micro-Photoluminescence Upgrade adds spectrally and time-resolved micro-photoluminescence to an existing system by coupling a microscope to a spectrometer. It works with the FluoMic, Solira and MicroTime 200 microscope bodies. It is used to study emission from small, micrometre sized sample areas.
