A configurable flexible manufacturing system covering transport, assembly, selection, screwing and storage. The stations work as one line so students practise integrating and programming a complete manufacturing cell.
Introduces pneumatics, electro-pneumatics and vacuum handling without assuming previous experience. Students learn the operation and the elements of each circuit while the station manipulates the parts under PLC control.
