A PLC controlled quality control workstation with a colour camera that identifies the parts on a conveyor belt. According to the specification set, a pneumatic slide gate separates the parts that do not conform.
A workstation that writes, reads and rewrites information on the parts using RFID technology. A conveyor brings each incoming part to the identification area, so students study part tracking through an automated line.
