Compare BIOBASE and Infitek cold storage by sample requirements, usable capacity, monitoring, room conditions and power-failure planning.
Choose laboratory cold storage from the material's documented storage requirements and the laboratory's operating procedure. A refrigerator, a conventional freezer and an ultra-low temperature freezer are different purchase decisions. A larger chamber or a colder headline temperature does not automatically make one model appropriate for every sample. Start with the laboratory refrigerator and freezer catalogue, then compare exact configurations.

Compare information under the same stated test conditions. Temperature display resolution is not a substitute for chamber uniformity, and an empty-chamber figure is not proof of performance with your intended load. Ask the supplier to identify the manufacturer's test basis and the acceptance checks included in the offer.
The Infitek ULF86 manufacturer table labels its power-failure backup as an alarm function and lists an optional liquid-nitrogen backup system separately. Do not read an alarm-runtime figure as a promise that the compressor continues cooling during an outage. Ask what each backup option does, what it requires and who responds when an alarm is raised.
For a Bangladesh laboratory, include the site's actual interruption history and standby-power arrangements in the enquiry. Have the responsible engineer check the selected equipment's electrical requirements and restart behaviour. The laboratory should define sample-transfer responsibilities and a contingency location; buying an instrument alone does not create that response plan.
