An orbital shaker with a 263 x 263 mm platform and a 21 mm orbit, set between 75 and 250 rpm or supplied to run at a fixed 130 rpm. It is intended for long term uniform mixing of test solutions in micro-titration assays and for haematology, urology and EIA or ELISA immunology work, including Alpha, Kline, Mazzini, syphilis and pregnancy applications. A textured non-slip rubber foam pad grips printed well slides, culture plates, flasks and tube racks by friction, and the contoured platform holds six plates. The single eccentric drive carries 1 kg at 100 rpm, and a lit ON/OFF switch shows at a glance whether the unit is running, either continuously or on a timer up to 60 minutes.
