For TSTCC, the "TXC/CR" Radial Heat Conduction Unit allows study of the principles of radial heat conduction. It also enables measurement of thermal conductivity in a solid brass disc.
For TSTCB, the "TXC/EIB" Transient Heat Transfer Unit enables the study of heat transfer under unsteady-state conditions. Transient conduction together with convection is investigated using the unit.
