Service programme for test sieves in use, covering ultrasonic cleaning, optical inspection of the mesh and recalibration against the relevant standard. It is how a laboratory keeps documented evidence that its sieves still meet ISO 3310 after months of use.
Test sieves made from perforated metal plate rather than woven mesh, used for the coarse fractions where a woven cloth would distort. Round and square apertures are available, and the sieves are supplied to ISO 3310-2 and ISO 5223 in 200 mm, 305 mm and 400 mm frame diameters.
Rotating sample divider that splits a bulk sample into equal representative sub-samples, so what reaches the analytical instrument reflects the whole consignment. It handles pourable solids with a feed size up to 10 mm and can be set to 6, 8 or 10 divisions depending on the head fitted.
